Management Responsibilities Mentoring and team management Sound understanding of the Early Learning Years Framework Sound understanding of service compliance Experience in staff rostering Qikkids software or similar Strong understanding and experience in performance management Experience in financial reporting and budgeting Building a positive partnership with families Qualifications and Skills Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised), MUST have at least 2-3 years full time experience as a centre director capacity or higher in a medium size service Current WWCC or VIT Updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma High Level of written and verbal communication Strong understanding and application in staff management MUST have Full working rights in Australia If you think this position suits you, please apply using the link.
